FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BONUS QUESTIONS

Q: I answered a bonus question but the online game didn’t tell me the answer. How do I know if I answered it correctly?

A: Bonus questions have been developed to judge a player’s ability to predict answer’s based on a whole quarter’s worth of action. Answers to these questions are derived from the live game statistics at the end of the current quarter you are currently playing. Therefore correct answers are only known once the quarter has finished. When a quarter finishes the end of quarter results screen will display how many points you won including bonus question points.

LIVE DATA FEED

Q: The score of the game on TV doesn’t match the score of the game in the application, why is that?

A: There are two possible answers. Firstly, the large score in the centre of the online game screen is the quarter score, i.e. how many points have been scored by each team in the current quarter. This will differ to the total overall score being displayed on TV.
The online game displays the overall match score below the quarter score. This is provided by a data feed coming directly from the stadium, however there can be a 3-30sec delay in the feed which can result in a discrepancy between what is being displayed on TV and in the online game.

Q: The commentary feed and game stats seems to be out of sync with the action happening live on TV.

A: The online game uses a live data feed provide by Euroleague. At times there can be a 3-30sec delay in data being delivered to the online game which can result in a discrepancy between what is happening on TV versus in the online game.

Q: The online game has an error message or nothing seems to be happening. What is going on?

A: The online game uses a live data feed provide by Euroleague which bwin has no control over. If the feed has gone down, or an error has occurred, bwin will be in contact with Euroleague to ensure the feed and online game are restored to normal operation as soon as possible.

PRIZES AND PRIZE DRAW

Q: I qualified for a prize draw during the game, entered my details successfully but then couldn’t continue playing the game, why is that?

A: Users can only enter a prize draw by clicking ‘claim your prize’ at the end of a quarter. Once you enter a prize draw, no matter which quarter you are in, you will be allowed to continue playing the game but your score will be reset to zero. You will be notified by an alert message before submitting your entry details.

Q: I entered a prize draw, when do I know if I won a prize or not.

A: Prize draws occur the day after every match day. A match day is a two day period where Euroleague games are played during the week. During the season this is usually a Thursday and Friday. Therefore the prize draw will occur on the Saturday and you will be notified by email if you have won or lost. When you successfully register for prize draw the confirmation screen will inform you when the prize draw is taking place.
